OCD - Mon 27/09/1948 - C, DRS. C states "permanent"; DRS states "official".
RPSGB gives ACD as Mon 10/03/1947. DRS gives this date as "last train" - unlikely as it is a Monday.
A study of the timetables shows RTS between Wakefield and Doncaster running up to B1273 Aug 1939. From B1285 Aug 1940 onwards to closure service confined to one train each way between Knottingley and Askern only (variously starting in Leeds or Wakefield (Kirkgate) - it's difficult to tell form the table layout).
Assuming this was an economy measure at the outbreak of war, this suggests LTR Askern (excl.) - Shaftholme Jct. - Sat 09/09/1939.
B1379 Jul 1948 616 shows no service between Knottingley and Doncaster.
